Chisley Consulting Group, LLC., established in 2015, is an education consultation entity offering services to support the intellectual, academic, and social-emotional success of historically underserved children and families. Our services are two-fold: we provide personal and professional development and training to school personnel and we support and advocate for conscious parenting. Chisley Consulting Group, LLC. offers a vast portfolio of comprehensive services crafted to meet the unique needs of our partners. We work strategically with our clients to provide high-quality, outcome-based services.

Chisley Consulting Group, LLC. is an Ohio-approved training organization (OCCRRA) and offers an array of professional development and executive coaching opportunities some of which include strategic planning around school climate and culture, culturally relevant practices, school/ district improvement planning, implementing evidence-based instructional strategies and tiered systems of support per ESSA requirements, teacher leadership development/academic coaching, systems leadership development, etc. 

Porsche Chisley, Owner of Chisley Consulting Group, LLC., is a passionate advocate for children, families, and equity. She brings her experience as a mother, classroom teacher, and administrative leader to the forefront of each of her speaking engagements and freelance writing assignments. Porsche encourages schools, districts and community organizations to share their beliefs and values by connecting with their communities online through blogging.
